WOW! So much has happened in such a short time (including gray hairs, wrinkles, lost sleep, tears, frustration, worry, etc) and here we are 3 years later and still more fulfilled each day.

The decision was not easy. In fact, it was very risky and thinking back it was probably a terrible idea to branch out on our own as a small, unknown, private PT practice in a vast landscape of large corporate PT clinics, but we HAD to do this.

PT (healthcare in general) has changed so much over the years and we were never able to completely practice in a way we believed it SHOULD be done… centered around each INDIVIDUAL and not based on a “one size fits all” model where meeting numbers/units dictated treatment plans.

3 years later, the daily struggle of being a small business/private practice continues. The struggle still exists, some days more than others but we wouldn’t change a thing and regret nothing. Yes, we are exhausted E V E R Y single day but using ALL resources to give everyone our BEST is exhausting!

Evolve is something Airiel and I built together and we are proud to show to our kids, our families, our friends, and share with our community.

So with that said, THANK YOU! Thank you to EVERYONE who has trusted Evolve with their PT (and everything else you may get while here) and supported our dream.

You ALL are why we do this and why we have finally made our footprint in our community!

Wrapping up 2025 at our Pensacola office (yes, I’m still playing catch up). Whew! Just a glimpse of all the hard work being put in each day. Staying motivated is easy since I’m surrounded by it everyday! Let’s GO!

***December was a BUSY month so you may notice POSTS from our old Pensacola office that I never got around to posting. Well there’s just never enough time in the day (blah blah blah, you know the story) and BUSY is the NORM so playing CATCH UP is a part of my daily schedule***

Anyways, here we are almost through January 2026 in our new GULF BREEZE office and it’s the SAME type of DAILY preparation, just in a NEW space! There’s a process each day and here’s a glimpse of how it starts….EARLY!

After an EXCITING (and exhausting) two weeks of moving into our NEW Gulf Breeze office I was invited to speak to a wonderful group of women to discuss a subject I am very passionate about, Aging and Wellness. I LOVE what I get to do for a living and really enjoyed getting out of clinic mode for a short time to meet members of our community.

Whew! What a FIRST week at our new Gulf Breeze office ! Maybe moving out of one office and into another in four days then opening for business on the fifth day was a little ambitious but we DID IT! Thank you for your endless support through all of the moving chaos but more exciting things are coming! Bear with us as we continue to piece together our new space! It will be worth the wait, we promise!

REMINDER, ALL appointments are now scheduled at our NEW location (across the street from Gulf Breeze Hospital, behind Ace Hardware):

Turn into the Ace Hardware lot.

Go straight into Quietwater Business Park and take an immediate right.

Stay to the right, Building 2 will be on your left side.

Go in main entrance at the front of the building, turn right at the end of the hallway (Ste 2) and you will see the wooden entry door. Walk in and have a seat to the left (we currently don’t have a designated waiting room so bear with us).

The BIG day has finally arrived! We are officially open at our new office in Gulf Breeze Proper behind Ace Hardware (Quietwater Business Park). Stay tuned for more pics and updates.

Today is officially our last day of clinic in Pensacola!
It is bittersweet to say the least, but we are so excited to welcome everyone to our new office in Gulf Breeze on 1/5/26! #2026
