Willow has joined Be Balanced Wholistic Health at The Full Armor Center and is a licensed massage therapist as well as certified in thai yoga, conscious living yoga, pranic healing, and is a usui reiki master.

She specializes in treating the root cause and supporting the body into deep relaxation. Willow helps to activate the innate healing wisdom already present within. Yes, your body was designed to be self-healing! Willow has over 11 years of experience supporting clients back into wellness. She states, "My goal is for you to return to your natural state, pain free and listening to your body, living from your heart!"

Additionally, sessions include an infrared gemstone mat with pemf technology that assists in detoxification and grounding energies.

"The theory behind this amazing technology is that every living thing on planet earth is susceptible to other microorganisms. From Gulf Shores CrossFit:

Today, we do Alicia’s WOD in honor of her. She and her husband Jim owned Gulf Shores CrossFit until Jan 2020 when Jack, Josh and Mandy bought it.

She passed away unexpectedly on August 17, 2019 at the age of 39. If you knew Alicia, you know she loved being a chiropractor, CrossFit, her children, sunshine and healthy living. She had a big laugh, a strong hug, encouraging words and passion for everything she did. She is missed.

So today we remember and honor her. 💚
