I didn’t know if people would show up, if I was “ready,” or if I’d make it a year—let alone a decade.Since then, we’ve had the honor of helping thousands of people in our community. We’ve walked families through new beginnings, supported moms through pregnancy, adjusted tiny newborns, and celebrated big health wins right alongside you.We’ve survived the unthinkable (hello, Covid), grown through seasons of change, and learned how to adapt in ways I never thought possible.I’ve messed up at least 1,000 times. I’ve had to become a better leader, even when it was uncomfortable.
