Join us for our 4th annual GV Hospice Memory Tree lighting on 12/4/24. The tree will be lite and stay lite for the month of December in honor of those who have passed away, especially our hospice patients this last year. The Memory Tree gives everyone in our community a special place to come and remember their loved ones. We invite all to come make an ornament in honor of your loved ones and hang it on the Memory Tree. There will be an open house 12/4/24 beginning at 4pm where ornaments can be personalized and the lighting of the tree will be done at 5pm this same night. Refreshments will be available. If you are unable to attend that night come by our office 45 E 100 N anytime during office hours 830am to 5pm to personalize your ornament or come anytime and add your own ornament to the tree throughout the month of December.
