“Health is a state of complete harmony of the body, mind, and spirit.” - B.K.S. Iyengar . My fitness goal is to be a stronger and healthier me for my body type, shape and age. Living with PCOS, Diabetes, Hypertension and ADHD can be a challenge at times. It can especially be challenging when it comes to weight loss and management due to having PCOS, which for me makes me gain weight quite easily. Recently I had the blessing of being able to buy clothes at a store I have never been able to before. What an amazing feeling it was. Whatever your fitness or health goal is, never stop prioritizing yourself! Keep on going. Somedays maybe hard, but don’t be discouraged. In the end, remember health encompasses all parts of you, “body, mind and spirit.” Take care of yourself always ❤️ ❤️
