It’s time for next weeks menu reveal.

This time around I tired to extend the variety with different regions of culinary innovation.

Back agin is the Carne Al Pastor, and Chicken Teriyaki, but for the first time we welcome the shrimp and grits.

This dish is classic Cajun dish inspired by my travel to New Orleans.

Thank you again to everyone who tried this weeks menu. The hit was clearly the honey garlic boneless chicken thighs. The flavor of the smoke from the grill mixed with the sweetness of the honey really made this dish stand out, also included for the first time was Sun dried tomato crusted roasted Brussels sprouts.
