Fyzical Gurnee is celebrating the holiday with a play on words and the equipment we use in the clinic!

We use the therabands to help build strength, improve flexibility and enhance athletic performance 💪🏻 plus it’s a fun and easy way to rock on 🤘 in the clinic and dress up!

Our therapists and patients were invited to stand on one leg with eyes open and eyes closed 👀 Our therapist, Joerlyn stood on one leg 🦵 for 1 minute and 45 seconds! While our patient, Mrs.Miller, stood for 1 minute and 19 seconds!

🎉 FYZICAL Gurnee is officially 2 years old, and we celebrated with an escape room adventure! 🗝️🔒

With a lot of laughs, a little problem-solving, and plenty of teamwork, we made it out with just 42 seconds to spare! Talk about cutting it close… but hey, teamwork makes the dream work. 💪✨

We’re so proud of 2 years of serving our community and grateful for the amazing patients, staff, and friends who’ve been part of our journey. Here’s to many more years of growth, healing, and outings!
