We are excited to partner with Aira Fitness in Gurnee! Aira Fitness is a private studio where you can enjoy the big gym experience without the crowds. The owner, Eric, holds several personal training certifications, including one for seniors. He also offers boot camp classes. This fitness studio is a great complement to PT for patients who want to get into regular exercise and may need more guidance to develop their own program.
