𝗗𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄? Guthrie County Hospital & Clinics offers a Sliding Fee Discount Program.

Our sliding fee discount program provides approved patients with a reduced fee for services received throughout our various locations at Guthrie County Hospital & Clinics. Sliding fee discounts are available for both uninsured and underinsured patients. Your income and household size will determine the discount you receive. The discounts are applied to any service a patient has that is billed by GCH: emergency room, lab, imaging, clinic visits, outpatient infusions, etc.

Last week Guthrie County Hospital kicked off Giving Week with our very first Meals on a Mission — and what an incredible success it was! Our team came together to support Meals on Wheels patrons by packaging shelf-stable “Blizzard Blessings” meal kits, ensuring they have food on hand when winter weather forces delivery cancellations.

A special thank you to our Surgery Department for bringing this thoughtful idea forward and helping make it a reality.

In total, we assembled 72 bags — with 35 delivered to Stuart, 23 to Guthrie Center, and 14 to Panora — helping us reach neighbors across the county who rely on these essential meals.

Supported by the Guthrie County Hospital Foundation, this initiative showcased the power of coming together to care for our community in meaningful ways.
