A doula doesn’t replace your partner. I cannot and I should not. Your partner is one of the most important people in the room.

My job is to support both of you so we can work together as a team.

You don’t have to choose between holistic and modern care.

You can labor intuitively, move freely, keep the lights low, protect your space… and still have access to medical support if it’s needed.

It’s physiological birth in a hospital setting is possible with the right preparation and support. It’s knowing how to create a calm, sacred atmosphere while confidently navigating the system.

The vibe I bring to the function 💁🏻‍♀️

Unmedicated, physiologic birth is absolutely possible in a medical setting. It doesn’t require rejecting modern medicine. It requires understanding the system.

Knowing your options, building skills, asking the right questions, and learning how to navigate the system makes all the difference. Balance is the goal. Science and intuition can coexist.

With a major winter storm potentially affecting dozens of states, we recognize the concerns many have about stored milk.

Updated to add: A stand alone freezer will maintain temperature for 48 hours in a power outage if unopened. A freezer compartment within a fridge will maintain temperature for 24 hours if unopened.

Apparently 2026 is the new 2016? 😌✨So here’s a glimpse into that version of your doula.

We loved a heavy filter, the same pose from every angle, full-glam all-matte makeup, and a side part that refused to move.

She didn’t know it yet, but she was becoming a doula, a public health advocate, and someone deeply proud of how far she’d come. She walked so I could run. 💛
