One of my jobs on this fine Tuesday was a gearcase replacement on a top load washer. As I was removing the gearcase, as you can see, it fell apart 🤣. I found it extremely odd that the moving parts inside the case were plastic. Things certainly aren't built the way they used to be. Gearcases twenty years ago you could get 25-40 years out of. Today, they usually last 5-8 years. So unfortunate.

Had a little help on one of my calls earlier today. Me and this young man dropped the transmission and replaced the clutch and also replaced the agitator base. He was awfully curious and completely adorable.

Notice the knee in the hiney so he didn't his balance? 🤣🤣🤣

I love my job and I certainly love kids that are curious about what I do. Made my morning.

Now if he sends me an invoice for the assist, I will take this post down faster than you can snap your fingers 🤣

Mrs Judy Parkman!

I met this wonderful lady probably 7-8 years ago. I have done quite a bit of work for her. She is such a pleasant and God-fearing woman. I recall well before Mr. Parkman passed away, every time I was over there Judy would be reading the Bible to him. I remember how patient and understanding she was when she was doing this. She has left an impression on me that I will take to my grave with me. Just an amazing woman.

I thoroughly enjoy the working relationships that I have. I wouldn't trade em for anything in the world.

If you happen to run into Judy, please go hug her and tell her how awesome she is.

Getting this yard done before an afternoon obligation and one of my customers dropped by. She brought over a ton of corn, several onions and a few dozen eggs.

I've said it before and ill say it again.....

The finest folks in this world live in Guthrie, Oklahoma. And I just happen to work for many of them.

I was a little agitated today because I had a call for a fella and didn't realize he was talking about his other house 45 miles away. I shut up and made the drive and got em done.

My next call was for some really good people. Some really good people whose daughter has a brain tumor, a wife that is fighting cancer again and the man has had fourteen procedures done in the last four years.

I'm actually a mile down the road pulled over asking God to forgive me for being so petty.

Would you please do me a favor and pray for this family?

I met this lady a few months ago. She has a bright light all around her. I decided to take over a birthday card and some cupcakes. I get over, I give her a hug and tell her Happy Birthday and tell her how much of an impact she had on me.

She then proceeds to tell me her birthday is tomorrow 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I love the relationships I have with the people I work for.
