Tuesday 24th @ 4:00 or 5:00.
Lisa offers 2 sessions a month, as she works full time in Dubuque. She has regulars that fill up her appointments so lots of times she is booked.

If you have never experienced Sound Healing… it is truly hard to put into words. Sound Bath participants have used these words to describe their experience: relaxing, inspiring, recenter, dreamy, clearing.

-No experience necessary, I’ll be showing you simple, relaxing ways to touch your partner

-You will stay fully clothed for this class, do dress in comfortable clothing- PJ’s and slipper welcomed.

-Learn your Partner’s Love Language based on the work on Dr. Gary Chapman. You will get real examples from your partner for ways they feel connected to you (and get a little cheat sheet for future use).

-You will take home some intimacy building exercises for connection (this will be a game changer for you & your partner)

-You & your partner will have your own space when practicing learned techniques. We have a therapy room set-up for each couple - so you have privacy when working on another.

🎶 Lisa Hefel (AKA Tunes) offers Sound Healing on Tuesday Evenings …. (Opening left on Tues 24th )

In a Sound Healing Session you’ll get cozy, settle in, and be gently surrounded by soothing tones from crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding instruments. Vibrations move through the body, helping the nervous system slow down, the mind quiet, and the heart feel safe to open.

Lisa uses Tuning Forks to start her sessions to open your energy centers to receive the vibrations to come.

All this while laying on the Amethyst BioMat ✨

New to the Infrared Sauna…?
Here are some frequently asked questions- answered:)

👉🏽What to wear?
Anything you are comfortable sweating in.
-Sports bra & shorts
-Swim Suit
-Birthday Suit
We provide towels- some clients like to wrap one around them before they get comfy in sauna.

👉🏻How hot does it get?
Lowest is 100 - Highest 170 (for the die hards)
For beginners, older people, children - we suggest keeping it between 100-130.
After a few experiences- you find your sweet spot. Everyone bodies has a different.

I like to use the following guideline- find a temp that will get you the sweating and stay there for 10/15 mins… then can lower it & enjoy the Chromotherapy Lights & the cool down phase.

👉🏾Should I bring a towel?
Not necessary- we have bath size towels & hand towel & wash cloth size for your use.
We also have washcloths in the bathroom. You are welcome to wet down & use afterwards.

👉How long do I stay in there for?
You can book a 30 min or 60 min session.
Pending on your intention of session I would suggest the following:
-General Relaxation- 30 or 60 min
-Mental Health Break- 30 or 60 min
-Detox - 60 min
-Skin Conditions - 60 min (30 min for kids)
(You may not sweat as much as you think on your first time- your body will learn how to respond to infrared waves as a heat source- Heating your body up from the core out.)

👉🏼When can I book a session and How?
The Sauna is available throughout the week at select times… we usually post openings.
We also have availability on Saturdays @ 9:30 and 10:30 regularly.
To book- messaging us on Facebook /Instagram is the quickest way to get hold of us (we have access to this after hours is why-the shop phone stays at the Wellness Center).

👉🏾What do you do in there?
-Bring a book.
-Bring a friend/family to chat with.
-You can bring your phone in, if it gets too hot - you can put it on the floor of sauna to cool down.
-Lay down- put your leg up the side wall, take a snooze…
