Whether it is walking, meditation, a hobby or even a relationship.

This is one of my healthy habits I have been touching daily. Having a parner to hold me accountable ( you can see her in the distance) helps. Find a partner.

Repetition is not failure.
Ask the waves, ask the leaves, ask the wind.

Sit quietly and go to inner learning.

What do we need to learn from the same task or repetition.

We suffer our pain as often as necessary for us to learn how to break and how to heal. No one likes this, but we deal with our dislike in the same way. Again and again, until we learn about humility of acceptance.
