Time passes too quickly. When you think of something, you just gotta knock it out, or you will be like me months later saying “Thank You!” to the amazing people who have supported your dreams. We may have shook your hand on day 1 or in the process of getting to where we are, but we also want to extend our gratitude for your kindness and willingness to be there with advice and support that helped keep us moving forward!!!

So, in the spirit of being absolutely thankful please help me say:
“Merci", “Gracias", “Danke", "Grazie", "Arigatō" and “Thank you”!

Steve Brown - for believing we could do this and saying yes to supporting my dream every step of the way!

Kaleb, Sean & Kendall Brown - our children - who could have said no, but said yes to helping in every way possible from being current staff members to deep cleaning and decorating to providing excellent ideas on how to continually improve our services.

Margery Haas - for the initial funds to help keep us afloat while we transitioned from RN to APRN work when I was not getting paid at all. And, to Margery & Michael Brown for the beautiful flowers on our Grand Opening day from Golden Crown.

Hayden Butler - for creating our original logo. Sherry Stonecipher & Alison Clemans for facilitating the ability for high school students to engage in our logo contest.

Jacque Cobb - for a beautiful surprise with a gorgeous floral arrangement on our Grand Opening day from Fisch & Hitch.

Andy Falls & Roberta Gustin with Realty House for a smooth, communicative buying process.

Jasmine Lozano, Hannah Phillips, Misty Thomas and all the crew at REI for believing we could do this and entrusting us with a woman-owned, veteran-owned small business loan.

Manny & Susan Barias - for their patience during the sale of this beautiful property and creating a time capsule for us to walk right into that is now allowing us to flourish, and for providing us continued support as we maneuver through some of our day-to-day operations.

Brian & Melissa Hill for making the journey to the Oklahoma Panhandle to support us on our Grand Opening day showing the importance of Mental Health Awareness.

Oliver Marquez with Oliver’s Studio for helping update, create and install our new signage and for the gorgeous YETI with our three logos.

Erica Maddox with the Chamber of Commerce for guiding us as new multi-faceted business owners, and all those as Chamber Ambassadors who patiently awaited us to open the doors.

Ronni Wilson with Main Street Guymon for providing some amazing ideas on how to promote our new businesses.

Shae Krier for providing some beautiful furniture pieces, recommending the paint color for two of our offices, and sharing some wonderful decor ideas.

Ashlee Ortiz with Sparkle Janitorial Services for coming in and sanitizing and deep cleaning this facility from top to bottom the week leading up to our Grand Opening.

Les Shrum with VIP Security for helping update the security system inside and out.

Doris Valle with PTCI for helping set up our account and suggesting our phone number that Steve was ready to also request of 580-338-PINC. Great minds think alike!

Isaac Bledsoe with PTCI for coming out and setting up our answering services. His patience as we changed the wording multiple times is appreciated.

TCEC for making the ease of hooking up our electrical utilities seemless.

Anchor D for making the transfer of individual LLC to business PLLC a simple process.

The City of Guymon parks department for being mindful of the work needed next to us and completing it before our Grand Opening.

Aubrey Perez & Charles White with State Farm for working with us to become insured as business owners.

Kayla Reid & Mike Byers at SPC for helping with our new set of keys for the file cabinets.

Pedro Guenther, Handyman, for fixing the front glass door.

K.C. Rothschopf with Lumber Mart and Gene DeHerrera & Larry Wirtz with Wirtz Lumber & Supply for helping Steve find all the little things he needed to fix each office and make it functional and safe for our future patients.

Cristina Carbajal & Caryll Rhoden for the help with our amazing balloon arch for Grand Opening day.

Suzanne Bryan at Zak’s Cheese for the sound tax advice and the amazing meat and cheese tray for our Grand Opening.

Laura Williams with Williams Photography for the amazing refresh of the Harana MedSpa logo, the logo work for GLHW - our Colorado site - and for our team shirts.

Kerri Parker and the Ho**er Medical Clinic staff for their support and advice on how to initiate an amazing, family-friendly clinic.

Father Joseph Schwarz for coming out and blessing this beautiful building.

Last, but not least, to our amazing staff who have witnessed some heartache, fear, excitement and continued growth in ways we continue to maneuver. We are so very thankful that you have chosen to stick by our sides during this start up. Kacey Miller, Caryll “Bing” Rhoden, Clantrelle Jackson, along with Kaleb, Sean & Kendall, we truly thank you!

These are just the thank yous that I am able to attach names to. The out of town companies from DLO, LabCorp, AccessLabs, eClinicalWorks, Office Ally, etc. are just a few of the companies we are working with daily to provide well-rounded, holistic, evidence-based care for those we serve.

Again, “Merci", “Gracias", “Danke", "Grazie", "Arigatō" and “Thank you”!!!

We have only been open for six full weeks, and we appreciate the trust our community has in us by sending referrals and by coming in for either psychiatric related care or for the use of our services provided by our staff with Harana MedSpa.

Parents, be the protector that you are called to be.
Simple things that can be done:
Ask your children if they have conversations with anyone in any form when gaming. Get to know those people. Limit screen time to 2 hours/day. Play the games with your children and be alert/aware. Protect the MVPs in your life!

93% of child s*xual abuse/assault victims who have reported to law enforcement know their perpetrators. These perpetrators are in their daily lives.

Have the conversations! Please.

Sleeping children in a “safe environment” are some of the most common areas of s*xual assault performed by family members or friends in the child’s home.

We are in a giving time of year. We are also in a stressful time of year. What are you able to give while keeping yourself on the priority list?
Managing schedules, helping others, it is called life. Giving of oneself in some way is sometimes the best gift of all. But, if the biggest task you did today was getting out of bed, thank you. We want you here.
Give grace and enjoy these cool, brisk days outside; that Vitamin D is healing! 😎
