WHY ARE WE PRESENTLY EXPERIENCING THE CORONA VIRUS PANDEMIC AND SOCIAL VIOLENCE?
Many years ago I wrote a book called, “The Power Of Oneness, Live the Life You Choose.” As I revisit my own book, I see a passage that explains why we are presently experiencing the coronavirus pandemic and social violence. Following is an excerpt from my book that was true then, now, and always will be:
“Regardless of our race, nationality, s*x, creed, age, or socio-economic status, we are ONE HUMAN FAMILY, inter-dependent and interconnected with each other and with all the elements of nature. Although we are each different in appearance and expression, we walk the earth together and share the same sun, moon, stars, oceans, and sky with each other as well as with the animals, flowers, trees, grass, and rocks. The way we take care of our planet is the way it takes care of us. When any part of our eco system is out of balance, we become personally and collectively imbalanced. When animals, plants, or minerals become depleted, we lose a part of ourselves. When we attack one another, we attack ourselves. Like a circle of dominoes, what affects any one of us automatically impacts every one of us.”
CONCLUSION: The healing of humanity and our planet is not an external solution. The answer lies within each one of us by choosing to take personal responsibility to respect ourselves, each other, and our earth. This is LOVE! When we awaken to the remembrance that love is the energy from which we are all created, we have the power to work in concert with the Universe to heal all human pain and suffering.
