All Health Medical would like to welcome Angela Trajcevski, DNP, FNP-BC 👏. Angela is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through both the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ramapo College of New Jersey and completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at Walden University.

Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Angela worked for over five years as a registered nurse on a busy medical-surgical unit, where she cared for a wide range of patients, with a special focus on bariatric, surgical oncology, and general surgery. During her nursing career, she was honored with the DAISY Award for excellence in compassionate care.

Angela is fluent in English, Macedonian, and Serbo-Croatian, which helps her connect with patients from diverse backgrounds. She is passionate about building strong relationships with her patients, empowering them to achieve their health goals, and providing holistic, patient-centered care.

Her clinical interests include family practice, weight management, and aesthetics. Outside of work, Angela enjoys spending time in nature, connecting with people, and supporting others on their health and wellness journeys.

This weekend, our All Health Medical Group team had the privilege of participating in a community Health Fair in Hackensack. Our providers and partners came together to offer free health screenings, education, and CPR/BLS demonstrations to support local families.

All Health Medical Group is one of New Jersey’s fastest-growing physician-led medical practices, with multiple locations across Bergen, Essex, and Passaic Counties. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care- blending modern medicine with compassion, technology, and personalized attention.

We are expanding our Cardiology and Primary Care Divisions and seeking an experienced PA/NP passionate about Patient care and patient education, especially within our bilingual communities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and manage follow-up visits.
- Interpret EKGs, stress tests, echocardiograms, and other diagnostic studies under physician supervision.
- Manage hypertension, hyperlipidemia, CHF, and other cardiac conditions.
- Provide patient education on prevention, treatment adherence, and lifestyle modification.
- Collaborate closely with cardiologists and the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Active NJ APN License (with prescriptive authority).
- Minimum 1 year of cardiology or internal medicine experience preferred.
- Fluent in Spanish and English — required.
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills.
- EMR proficiency and strong organizational ability.

We offer a competitive salary of $130K to $160K based on Experience with generous productivity incentives, along with:
