Let’s fix those PINCHY HIPS!
I hear this complaint sooooo often when my patients come in and we look at their squat
Now I’m not saying this is the ONLY reason you may feel this, but it is very COMMON
So many people are stuck in an anterior pelvic tilt because of tight hips flexors and lower backs along with weak flutes and core musculature
So this drags our pelvis forward and when we go to squat our hip has no more space to get into flexion
The solution? Get your dam pelvis in the right position before you squat!
Just try that out and see if you notice a difference
*a wider and tied out set up also helps a lot*
