Palm Sunday was the final Spring into Health Tea Party and i wanted to make it fit for a king, hence the purple.
Everyone had a wonderful time, most importantly they learnt a lot.
Thank you to everyone who came. This was amazing.

BTS of the planning of the last tea party. I am in my element when I am creating/entertaining/educating/interacting.
This Sunday is Palm Sunday so I want to make it suitable for a king coming to town. It's the last Spring Tea Party.
There will be more events. More opportunities to learn about botanicals and most importantly to have a space to community with one another.

Tomorrow is the beginning of such a holy and beautiful time on earth because millions of Christians and Muslims will be beginning their fast at the same time.

This year I decided to fast for Ramadan for the children who are being abused, persecuted, exploited and killed. The most beautiful inheritance from God are treated as trash. I am not Muslim however I fasting as always been a way for me to draw closer to God.
I am a follower of Christ and his words about children are profound.

Today was my older birthday. Those he is no longer physically in this world, I am so thankful to have had to call him my brother.
Today I choose to focus on all the good things that happened throughout this day.
It was a wonderful day. Rather than being sad, the day was light. I am so thankful to everyone who did not know entering my little shop today and only bringing good energy made my day extra special.

My quick and easy way to get my daily dosage of herbs. I like powders and lately I have been using the longevity blend with the brain health.
First thing in the morning I turn on my kettle. Add hot water to my mixture and let it steep and cool whilst I get ready. I drink my shot in one go, then I am ready to conquer the world.
