Meet RJ, our devoted administrator whose presence is felt in every corner of Complete Care at Prospect Heights . RJ shows what it means to be and leads by example, rarely found behind his desk and almost always on the floor—always available, always connected, and always ready to roll up his sleeves to help wherever he’s needed. His dedication to our residents goes far beyond his role; he truly cares about their comfort, well-being, and happiness. Just as importantly, he works every day to ensure our staff feel supported and valued.
