This 56-year-old patient underwent a complex reconstructive revision rhinoplasty and septoplasty after experiencing a complete nasal collapse. Rib cartilage grafts were used to rebuild structural support and reopen the airways. Tip-defining sutures created a refined, natural nasal tip.

This 32-year-old patient came to me because she was unhappy with the deflated appearance of her breasts after pregnancy and breastfeeding. She wanted slightly larger, fuller, and better-positioned breasts.

An augmentation mastopexy (a combined breast augmentation and lift) was performed using 275 ml smooth, round, moderate plus silicone implants along with a superomedial pedicle lift technique, achieving the beautifully balanced results you see here.

This 21-year-old woman underwent rhinoplasty and septoplasty with septal cartilage grafts. She disliked her dorsal hump, drooping tip, and crooked appearance. Her hump was removed, the septum was corrected, and the tip was refined with structural support from cartilage grafts. One year post-surgery, her nose is beautifully defined and natural-looking.

This 19-year-old patient was unhappy with her nose, specifically the dorsal hump and severe crookedness. During surgery, the dorsal hump was removed, the nasal bones were straightened, and the tip cartilage was reshaped for better definition. A septal cartilage graft was also used. This 23-year-old woman underwent breast augmentation to address concerns about her small breast size. I placed 325 ml smooth round moderate-plus silicone implants through a small infra-areolar incision into a submuscular pocket, using the Keller funnel and the ‘no-touch’ technique. The result: beautifully contoured, symmetrical, and proportionate breasts.
