A breast augmentation was performed on this 24-year-old woman who was concerned about the small size of her breasts. 325 mL smooth, round, moderate-plus silicone implants were placed through a small infra-areolar incision into a submuscular pocket using the Inplant Funnel and the “no-touch” technique. The result is beautifully contoured, symmetrical, and proportionate breasts.

Infant ear molding was performed on this 4-week-old baby with bilateral cup ear deformities using the EarWell system. Following the custom, noninvasive ear molding procedure, the baby was seen weekly for a total of six weeks. During each visit, the ears were cleaned and the EarWell devices were adjusted or replaced as needed.

At the end of the six-week treatment, the devices were removed and post-treatment photos were taken. The results are excellent, and the parents are extremely happy.

A reconstructive cleft lip rhinoplasty and septoplasty using rib cartilage grafts was performed on this beautiful patient who was born with a cleft lip deformity. Rib cartilage was used to increase nasal tip projection and provide long-term structural support. In addition, a diced cartilage graft secured with Tisseel glue was used to enhance the projection and definition of the nasal dorsum. The result is a beautifully shaped nose and a very happy patient.

When you think of a beautiful nose, what comes to mind? A straight dorsum, a button tip, or simply a smaller nose? In this case, a rhinoplasty with septal cartilage grafts was performed, and the results are striking.
