Your dream breasts are just one click away, check the link in my bio!

This 23-year-old woman underwent breast augmentation to address concerns about her small breast size. I placed 325 ml smooth round moderate-plus silicone implants through a small infra-areolar incision into a submuscular pocket, using the Keller funnel and the ‘no-touch’ technique. The result: beautifully contoured, symmetrical, and proportionate breasts.

This patient came to me with multiple concerns about the appearance of her nose after a rhinoplasty she had in South America three years ago. She was unhappy with her over-rotated nasal tip, right nostril collapse, dorsal concavity, nostril and tip asymmetry, and overall crooked appearance.

I performed a complex revision rhinoplasty using her own rib cartilage to completely reconstruct her nose. For my fellow rhinoplasty surgeons: I placed bilateral extended spreader grafts, a septal extension graft, a dorsal onlay graft, and bilateral alar rim grafts. Additionally, I used a re**us abdominis fascia camouflage graft to overlay the entire nasal tip complex.

Her before-and-after photos (1 year post-op) show an excellent result and she’s extremely happy.

This 24-year-old woman described her nose as a “Squidward” nose. A rhinoplasty with septal cartilage grafts was performed, substantially reducing her dorsal width. Septal cartilage grafts were also used to structurally support her nasal tip and alar rims.
