This 27-year-old woman was concerned about the small size of her breasts. We placed 325 ml smooth round moderate-plus silicone implants through a small infra-areolar incision into a submuscular pocket using the Inplant funnel and “no-touch” technique. The result is beautifully contoured, symmetric, and proportionate breasts.

What do you think of this after?

A rhinoplasty and septoplasty were performed on this teenage girl with a history of nasal trauma. Her nasal airway obstruction was corrected by straightening her deviated septum. Surgical correction of her dorsal hump, hanging columella, and bulbous tip was also performed. The procedures resulted in a straight nose, a smooth nasal dorsum, and greatly improved tip projection and definition.

The hike to Highland Peak was particularly difficult this year. Blizzard conditions, zero visibility, knee high powder and no snowcat for the lower third. Infant ear molding was performed on this 3-week-old baby with severe congenital prominent external ear deformities affecting both ears, using the EarWell system.

Following the customized, noninvasive ear molding procedure, the baby was seen weekly for a total of six weeks. During these visits, the ears were cleaned and the EarWell devices were adjusted and replaced as needed.

At the end of the six-week treatment period, the devices were removed and post-treatment photographs were taken. The results are excellent, and the parents are extremely happy.

A rhinoplasty with septal cartilage grafts was performed on this 19-year-old woman who was unhappy with the appearance of her nose. The dorsal hump was reduced, the hanging columella was corrected, the nasal tip was contoured and refined, and the nasal dorsum was narrowed.

In addition, septal cartilage grafts were used to provide structural support to the middle vault, nasal tip, and nasal airways. These grafts also helped define the nasal dorsum by creating smooth, straight, and symmetrical dorsal aesthetic lines.

The result is a beautifully contoured nose that looks natural and is well-proportioned to the patient’s face.
