Infant ear molding was performed on this 1-week-old baby with prominent deformities affecting both ears, using the EarWell system. After the customized, noninvasive molding procedure was initiated, the baby was seen weekly for a total of six weeks. During each visit, the ears were cleaned, and the EarWell devices were adjusted or replaced as needed. At the end of the six-week treatment, the devices were removed and post-treatment photos were taken. The results are excellent, and the parents are extremely happy.

Last surgery of 2025. An extremely complicated cleft lip, rhinoplasty, and septoplasty. The patient had a severe deformity involving her nasal tip and nostrils with severe asymmetry and an extremely deviated septum. I performed a major reconstruction of her nose using rib cartilage and a diced cartilage glue graft in addition to an extracorporeal septoplasty. The on-table result is incredible.

Are facelifts only for older patients?

Not at all. Facelifts can benefit adults of various ages depending on their concerns. While they are commonly associated with older adults looking to address sagging skin, jowls, or deep wrinkles, younger patients may also consider endoscopic facelifts to correct early signs of aging or restore facial contours after weight changes, genetics, or other factors.

The type and extent of the procedure are tailored to each patient’s age, skin quality, and specific goals. Facelifts are not limited by age, they are guided by individual anatomy and desired outcomes.

A breast augmentation was performed on this 24-year-old woman, who was concerned about the small size of her breasts. We placed 325 ml smooth round moderate-plus silicone implants through a small infra-areolar incision into a submuscular pocket using the Keller Funnel and the ‘no-touch’ technique. The result: beautifully contoured, symmetric, and proportionate breasts.

An open rhinoplasty with septal cartilage grafts was performed on this 16-year-old patient, who was concerned about a dorsal hump and a bulbous tip. The dorsal hump was reduced, and the nasal tip was narrowed and refined. The nose was then supported with septal cartilage grafts. The result is a beautifully contoured, well-proportioned nose and a very happy patient.

Please note that these results are shown at 6 months post-op, and the nasal tip is still swollen.

An endoscopic craniectomy was performed at a young age due to concerns about increased intracranial pressure and brain compression. Later, an open cranial vault remodeling with fronto-orbital advancement was completed to improve the shape and contour of the anterior cranial vault and upper face. The result is a healthy, happy, and intelligent child.
