Thank you to everyone who joined us for Caregiver Training Day!

We had 54 caregivers in attendance, including both new hires and team members who have been with HomeWell for over 5 years. Members of our finance team were also able to join us this year to discuss benefits and 401(k). We covered important topics such as reviewing nursing skills, answering questions about current clients and situations, and connecting on staffing, availability, and job opportunities to support flexibility.

We truly appreciate your time, dedication, and commitment to providing quality care, and we’re grateful to have you as part of our community!

Join us for an upcoming CHHA Skills Training Event on March 26, 2026, from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM at our Union office!

This hands-on training is a great opportunity for HomeWell caregivers to sharpen their skills, connect directly with a registered nurse, and get answers to any questions you may have. We’ll also cover HomeWell’s benefit offerings and help you master clocking in and out using the WellSky Mobile App.

Whether you’re looking to build confidence, learn something new, or stay up to date with best practices, this session is for you.
