Many of you have been patiently waiting for this announcement…and here it is!

I’m so very happy and excited to share that I have been offered and accepted a position at Baptist Health Fort Smith - Adult Medicine Specialist. I feel very blessed and proud to work alongside some of the best physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses and staff in this community and I can’t wait to get started.

My tentative start date is mid-April so I would recommend calling in May for appointments. I will also be contacting those on “my list” to make sure you have contact information, but this is also available online and on the Baptist website.

On a personal note, I feel like I’m coming back home, as this is the place where I started my career as a baby nurse in the ICU when it was Sparks waaaaay back in 1999.

Thank you to everyone who has been there for me through this past couple of weeks. I truly appreciate all the texts, prayers, messages, cards, cookies, and kind messages. See you all soon!

Our team is working diligently to ensure a smooth transition for all patients. If you have upcoming appointments after our closure date, we will be in touch to discuss options and assist with the transfer of your medical records to a new healthcare provider.
