November is TMJ Awareness Month — a reminder that this small joint plays a big role! The temporomandibular joint (TMJ) connects your lower jaw to your skull, and when it’s not working properly, it can cause pain, headaches, and more.

Common symptoms linked to TMJ disorders include:
🩺Jaw pain or tenderness.
🩺Difficulty chewing.
🩺Clicking or popping sounds.
🩺Lockjaw.
🩺Ear discomfort.

He works alongside Dr. Monica Stiteler and a personable dedicated team in an efficient office that runs on schedule. Dr. Vander Vliet, who earned the pretigious master designation from the Academy of General Dentisty, is serious about continuing prefessional education. He studies new techniques to expand the menu of dental services available in our office.

We are a very patient-centered practice and we genunily care about whats going on in our patients’ lives. Our office’s success has been based on out long term relationships with our patients.
