Hydration 💧

If your muscles feel tight, fatigued, or sluggish…
sometimes the missing piece is simply hydration. We tend to drink less water during the winter months because the outside temperature is colder. But hydration is not just a summer concern.

Water helps:

• deliver nutrients to muscles
• support circulation
• reduce muscle cramps
• improve energy.

Your body loses water during exercise even if you don’t sweat. We also lose important electrolytes that help muscles contract and relax properly. A simple habit I encourage my clients to try is to start their morning with a full glass of water before coffee.

Small habits lay the foundation for total health and wellness.

🌿 Nourish Notes – Winter Gut Support

At Tuesday night’s gathering, we talked about something that comes up often this time of year:
