At Center Point Wellness, we believe true wellness is a balance of a healthy mind, body and spirit. In our busy world, it’s easy to put self-care last on your to-do list, and in that spot, it often falls off the list altogether. Putting yourself first isn’t selfish, it’s smart! When you’re in good health and feeling centered, you can give your best self to all of the other important parts of your life.

Dr. Terri Rintz, the owner of Center Point Wellness, has been a trusted wellness professional for nearly two decades. She started her practice in massage and quickly fell in love with the healing potential of holistic medicine. She went on to get her doctorate in Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, one of the top schools in the country. It had long been her dream to open a full-service wellness center for those looking to elevate their health or for those struggling with illness and pain. After 14 years in practice as Morris County Health & Wellness Center, she was finally able to achieve that dream when Center Point Wellness opened its doors in January 2018.

Center Point Wellness is designed to be a comfortable, relaxed space that feels like a home away from home. When you walk through the front door, we want you to feel at peace and encouraged to nourish each aspect of your true self: your mind, body and spirit. From acupuncture, massage and reiki to yoga, Tai Chi and Qigong -- we look forward to being your one-stop to simplify your journey toward well-balanced wellness.
