Intentional care isn’t just about relieving pain—it’s about LISTENING, doing what the patient NEEDS, and referring to others for the things you cannot achieve. 🧠💪

Overheads not as smooth as you’d like? 🏋🏻🏋🏾‍♂️

You found me! 💪🏼🔥

Tight ≠ strong. ❌

You don’t need more stretching…
You need the right combo of:
✔️ Tissue work (scraping + active release)
✔️ Progressive loading

That’s how you build a resilient posterior chain, avoid injury, and perform better. 👊🏽💪🏼

To answer your question: everything? ✨

When working with the pregnant body & pelvis - we look at the muscles, joints, ligaments… your posture, stability…

But that’s just the surface. We’re also considering what your day-to-day is like. Are you chasing toddlers at home with little support? Probably aren’t going to make it to those 4-5 gym sessions a week. Do you have a doula? What are your labor goals? Planned c-section or a home birth?

Don’t care… No judgement, no strong opinions. Here to meet you where you’re at and do our part. 🩵

If you don’t have mobility AND stability, you won’t see long term improvements. 🔥

We are VERY good at identifying where your pain is coming from — and our goal is to get you better fast and keep it that way. 💪🏼

Some reviews make me laugh, some bring me joy... & some make me tear up because THEY made a bigger impact on ME. 💜

10 years later... still love what I do... but more, who I do it for. 🔥

Pregnancy changes everything… including your biomechanics. 🤰🩵

As baby grows, your pelvis, ligaments, and muscles are constantly adapting.

That’s why I commonly see:
• SI joint pain
• Round ligament pain
• Hip flexor tension

The goal isn’t just temporary relief — it’s helping your body move, adapt, and feel strong through pregnancy.

You deserve to feel GOOD while growing a human. 💛

As a business owner & mom of 3, balance looks different every season.

Right now, the gym doesn’t look like it used to…
and that’s okay.

I miss barbells —
but a few intentional minutes still clears my mind.

This is my last month with 3 under 5,
so I’m choosing to appreciate the season I’m in,
instead of feeling guilty about what I can’t do. Today - a 40 minute break between patients was enough.

Do what you can, mama.
Movement & self-care doesn’t have to be perfect —
it just has to serve you in the season you’re in. 💪🏼🩵

Back pain in early pregnancy surprises a lot of women — especially when there’s barely a bump. 🤰🏻

Here’s what’s really happening:
• Hormones (like relaxin) start loosening ligaments
• Your pelvis begins preparing for baby
• Your posture shifts as your body adapts
• Muscles work differently - and we demand more of them

Pain early doesn’t mean something is wrong — it means your body is changing fast.

We specialize in caring for prenatal patients from start to finish. (OR - the SOS late 3rd tri’s 🤪) 💪🏼

Gripping. Pulling. Forward posture. Repeated tension. There’s a reason jiu jitsu athletes tend to injure their necks, upper back and shoulders. 🔥

Scraping, cupping, and myofascial release help:
• Reduce fascial restriction
• Improve circulation
• Restore range of motion
• Speed up recovery

Elite athletes don’t just train hard — they recover on purpose.
