Like most of you with little ones, sometimes… I forget to take care of me. So, my low back and SI joints have been acting up.

Today I had 20 minutes between patients, and this is what I did. Prioritize you, mama!

➡️ Found my breath (ALWAYS first!)
➡️ Mobilized my thoracic spine
➡️ Core & hip stability/activation

*now to balance going to the gym regularly, get that massage I’ve been meaning to, stop forgetting my skin care routine, make the damn pelvic floor PT appointment, and see my chiro of course! 😅😬

Fall is here! 🧡 🍁

October 1st 2025 - wow the Summer sure went by quick! As HIP approaches our last 3 months of programming for 2025 we want to keep everyone up to date on what’s coming, in and around the area.

10/25 reaching in it’s 55th year! HIP4KIDZONE: Massive inflatable game zone- Full on petting zoo - Spino farm free pumpkin and decorating for first 200 kids! - The ballon artisan from farmers market will be in Heights! - Free Facepainting - and finally a MERRY-GO-ROUND on Station- all for the kiddos! And if course Foods, artisans, vendors, crafters, our beer and wine garden, borough organizations, town sport organizations, schools, and a special VIP tent for some of our older groups to make it a bit easier for them to get in and out for setting up. Live music - The haddonheightshealthdepartment- Health fare - and our town shops will be open and ready for all our visiting guests!

SIPPIN ON STATION update… No rain always means a great day for all. Super good time- amazing musical performances - great food - couple beers - and many, many , many, friends came in to town from over 35 zip codes as we showcased our Downtown Haddon Heights!

As always since 2016, $1.00 from each glass is always set to help a charitable organization- This year we supported two of them!!!

Help Hope Live and Infinite Love for Kids Fighting Cancer in addition to fundraising efforts on site this year we were able to raise/donate $6,000.00 for this event which was our biggest ever. Our goal is to raise $10,000 for one event - heck if DoorDash can do it so can we!

We thank you for your continued support of our Community programming since 2010. We look forward to continuing our vision and offering our services as we approach 2026!
