When lip filler treatment becomes an “I trust you, do what you think” treatment 🙂‍↔️

We agreed to work on a bit of chin projection and overall lower face cohesiveness with tox (to soften notable tension seen in before pics) and filler

2 sessions of lower face tox + filler later with 0 hints she had ‘work’ done, just softer transitions and healthily plumped lips

…and yes, this is a hint for the next holiday drop 🤫

After a few Multifrax Goldilocks sessions (over the summer too 🫨) we’ve managed to significantly improve this patient’s stubborn melasma. Skin that’s smoother, healthier, and has reduced hyperpigmentation? We’re here for it
