We had so much fun with our fish naming contest- over 60 creative submissions from our amazing community! The names have been drawn, and we’re excited to share the winners. Thanks to everyone who helped make this season a little more whimsical! 🐟🐠

We’re happy to share that Nabiha is accepting new individual, couples, and family therapy clients! Nabiha utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and specializes in anxiety & depression, interpersonal relationships, anger, and grief/loss. We are so excited to host SAD G*RL DANCE CLUB again this year! SAD G*RL DANCE CLUB is a 5-week group therapy that is also a dance party, and each week explores a different part of nervous system regulation through music and movement. This group is 18+ and open to all who feel aligned with our values of openness, fun, and non-judgement. This group is held Sundays from 6:30-8pm, and is $125 for all 5 weeks. “Therapy is a journey of self-exploration and growth, an opportunity to nurture health and well-being. Every individual has intrinsic value and strengths which, when cultivated in a positive environment, can enhance their ability to learn and grow. I hope to support and encourage my clients as they improve upon their inner and outer worlds.

I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic approaches to help clients identify harmful thought-patterns or behaviors, to understand their root causes and underlying core beliefs, and learn to implement healthier patterns and behaviors. I guide my practice with compassion and empathy, utilizing analytical skills garnered through experience and study. I hope to make a positive impact on my clients and work with them to achieve their goals and aspirations.”

Seasons of Change is group therapy to connect with others who are also experiencing hardship.
