At Inner Purpose, our ADHD assessments are thorough, affirming, and designed to truly capture your lived experience — not just a checklist. Evaluations are available both in-person and online for your convenience. Our standardized assessments are designed to help individuals 6 and up assess symptoms and provide a diagnosis of ADHD if medically warranted.
Whether you’re seeking clarity for the first time or revisiting past concerns, our process offers thoughtful insight, personalized feedback, and supportive next steps so you can move forward with confidence and self-understanding. 🧠

Big Feelings Club is making our debut in June for our summer sessions! We are still finalizing the location of where this will be but we will know those details very soon. It will be local to the Collingswood area!

If you register during early bird you’ll get the first class free! You’ll find we have our summer curriculum up on what we’ll be covering during the classes. These classes will be run by licensed therapists and counseling interns.

Hi everyone! As a mental health counselor, I believe in holistic therapy—supporting more than just your mental health. As a clinician, I care about you as a whole person, including your emotional well-being, physical health, and the external factors that impact your life. My goal is to create a safe and collaborative space where we can work together to help you feel empowered, fulfilled, and supported.

In my clinical work, I use an evidence-based framework, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Existential Therapy, and integrative approaches. I tailor our work to fit your unique needs and goals, ensuring therapy is as effective and meaningful for you as possible.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Women and Gender Studies and an Honors Concentration from Rowan University. I’m currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time at the beach, traveling, listening to Noah Kahan and Harry Styles, and going on long walks with my puppy.
