Our client is 58 years old and lost a significant amount of weight while on Wegovy. She came to us concerned about loose skin on her arms—a common concern after rapid weight loss. After the age of 25, collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid production begin to decline, making the skin less firm and resilient over time.

We focused on tightening the distal triceps region (lower posterior upper arm) using a combination of RF/Vacuum Therapy, Red Light Therapy, Wood Therapy, EMS, and Virtual Mesotherapy to stimulate collagen production, strengthen underlying muscle, and restore elasticity.

Most people assume a “lower belly pouch” is just stubborn fat… but in many cases, it’s actually loose skin + lack of elasticity — and the approach to improving it is very different than fat-focused treatments.

Skin Tightening 101:
Loose or lax skin happens when the collagen + elastin fibers become stretched or weakened (often due to weight loss, pregnancy, hormones, inflammation, or age). Unlike fat, skin can’t simply be “melted away” — it needs stimulation, consistency, and TIME to rebuild.
