Meet Christina - Acting Office Manager

Christina’s journey with Advocare Grove Family Medical has been one of dedication, growth, and heart. She first joined the Grove team as a Medical Assistant for Dr. Meredith Kenney, where her compassion and strong clinical skills quickly stood out. Her commitment to patient care and teamwork led her to become Dr. Gregory Wallace’s trusted Clinical Assistant, a role in which she truly thrived, known for her organization, reliability, and calm presence under pressure.

Today, Christina serves as our Acting Office Manager, a role she has stepped into with exceptional leadership and grace. Her transition has been seamless, she’s maintained stability, boosted morale, and strengthened communication across the entire office. Christina leads by example, consistently going above and beyond for both staff and patients, and ensuring that Grove continues to feel like a family.

Fun fact: Christina is always on the move! Whether she’s managing the office, cheering on her 5 kids, or helping friends and coworkers, she pours her heart into everything she does. Her positivity, kindness, and unwavering support shine through every day, making Grove not just a workplace, but a community.

Brianna is the newest Medical Assistant to join our Grove Family Medicine team, and she’s already making a wonderful impression! Her pleasant attitude, positive energy, and eagerness to learn all things Grove have quickly made her a valued part of our office.
Brianna is currently leading our Flu Clinic, helping to keep our patients and community healthy this season. We’re so excited to have her on the team, welcome to the Grove family, Brianna!

Meet the Grove Team: Dr. Kenneth Panitch, MD| Michelle Clinical Assistant | Karen Medical Assistant| Lexy, RN, Clinical Assistant

Dr. Kenneth Panitch has been recognized as a Top Physician by multiple publications for his exceptional dedication and excellence in patient care. He provides prevention-based health care for the entire family, focusing on helping patients live healthier, fuller lives through education, compassion, and proactive medicine.
In addition to his work at Advocare Grove Family Medicine, Dr. Panitch also serves as a Clinical Instructor of Family Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University, where he mentors and inspires future physicians in the field.
Dr. Panitch’s commitment to both his patients and the next generation of family doctors reflects the heart of what Grove stands for comprehensive, compassionate, and community-centered care.

Michelle has been a valued member of Advocare for an incredible 22 years. She serves as the Clinical Assistant to our Director, Dr. Kenneth Panitch, and is truly his right hand. Michelle’s depth of experience, precision, and professionalism set a high standard for excellence across our office.
Known for her outstanding clinical skills and steady presence, Michelle keeps things running smoothly no matter how busy the day gets. Her dedication and proficiency make her an indispensable part of the Grove Family Medicine team.
We wish Michelle all the best as she takes time for her medical leave, and we look forward to welcoming her back soon!

Karen is a dedicated Medical Assistant to Dr. Panitch and an integral part of our Grove Family Medicine team. Known for her calm approach and attention to detail, Karen helps ensure each patient’s visit runs smoothly from start to finish.
She works closely alongside Dr. Panitch to provide exceptional, prevention-based care for our patients and is always ready to lend a helping hand wherever it’s needed. Her reliability, kindness, and professionalism make her a true asset to our office family.

Lexy (Soon-to-be BSN!) has been part of the Advocare family for quite some time and has made an incredible impact every step of the way. She first started at the front desk, where she quickly became a staple of warmth and reliability for both patients and staff.
After leaving to pursue her nursing degree, Lexy has returned to Grove Family Medicine, this time bringing her clinical expertise and compassionate care to the team. Currently, she is stepping in for Michelle as Dr. Panitch’s Clinical Assistant, ensuring seamless support and excellent patient care in his office.

Meet Annmarie – Office Manager (on Medical Leave)

Annmarie has been the heart of Grove Family Medical’s operations for years. As Office Manager, she led with compassion, dedication, and an unmatched commitment to both staff and patients. Her leadership built the foundation of teamwork and trust that continues to carry Grove forward every day.

While Annmarie is currently out on medical leave, her impact is felt in every corner of our office. We’re sending her all our love, support, and well wishes as she focuses on her health and recovery. 💐

In the meantime, Christina has stepped in as Acting Office Manager to continue supporting our staff and patients with the same values and teamwork Annmarie established.

Kim - Check-In Coordinator
Kim is the friendly face that greets you as you arrive at Grove! She ensures every patient starts their visit smoothly and keeps the front end organized and efficient. Her calm, kind presence sets the tone for the entire day and we couldn’t imagine the front desk without her steady leadership.

Gabby- Front Desk Specialist
Gabby is a true multitasker, balancing patient check-outs, scheduling, and billing support like a pro. Her positivity and willingness to help in any department make her a true team player. Whether she’s assisting a patient or jumping in to cover phones, Gabby’s dependability shines every day.

Tina- Front Desk & Phone Operations
Tina’s energy keeps the front desk buzzing! Known for her bold voice and big personality, she brings laughter and liveliness to even the busiest days. Whether she’s tackling phone calls, scheduling appointments, or keeping the team on track, Tina’s confidence and humor make her impossible to miss and we wouldn’t have it any other way!

Nikki- Scheduling & Patient Services
Nikki keeps the schedule flowing and communication clear! She’s quick to problem-solve, compassionate with patients, and always brings heart to the workday. Nikki is the perfect mix of hustle and heart and she keeps Grove running like clockwork!

Carah- Check-Out Coordinator
Carah is the last friendly face you see before you head out, making sure every follow-up, referral, and next step is handled with care. Her efficiency and warm personality ensure patients leave with clarity and a smile. She’s the perfect closer for our front desk family!

If you’ve ever called or checked in at Grove, chances are you’ve been greeted by Megan’s friendly voice or warm smile! Megan is one of the key people who keeps our office running smoothly, balancing her dual roles as Front Desk Supervisor and Clinical Assistant with effortless skill and compassion.

She works closely with Caitlin McGowan, PA-C and Bernice Clark, CRNP, assisting with patient care and day-to-day coordination to ensure every visit goes seamlessly. Megan is known for her strong work ethic, calm under pressure, and her ability to make both patients and coworkers feel supported.

When she’s not multitasking between the front desk and clinical areas, Megan enjoys spending time with family and friends and bringing her positivity into everything she does. She’s a cornerstone of our Grove family, and we are so grateful for all that she does!

Rital Patel, CRNP is deeply committed to providing culturally-centered care to the community she proudly serves. She believes in meeting patients where they are, understanding their values, traditions, and experiences to help guide a personalized approach to health and wellness.

Shannon Wenter, PA-C, who earned her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and brings a strong foundation in movement, function, and patient education to every visit.

Brittany, who serves as the Clinical Assistant for both Rital and Shannon. Brittany is well-versed in clinical workflows, patient coordination, and procedure support, making her a vital link between providers and medical assistants. Her adaptability and deep understanding of patient care ensure each visit runs smoothly from start to finish.

Giovanna is excellent with patients and is always attentive to details, ensuring that Shannon’s schedule stays on track while patients receive timely, compassionate care.
