💙Happy Nurse Practitioner Week! 💙

Finally, today we’re celebrating Mark Roncone, CRNP, FNP-C — Owner and Family Nurse Practitioner at Antietam Family Health!

Mark has lived in Washington County, Maryland since 2005 after an honorable discharge from the U.S. Army, where he served as an infantryman with the 6th Ranger Training Battalion and was deployed to Iraq in 2007.

Originally from West Seneca, NY, Mark is a lifelong Buffalo Bills and Sabres fan. Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, he worked as a Registered Nurse in the Neuro/Trauma ICU at Wi******er Medical Center and in the Emergency Department at Meritus Medical Center.

He earned his Master’s Degree from Simmons College and has been practicing as a Nurse Practitioner since 2017, providing compassionate care in both family practice and urgent care settings. Mark is dedicated to partnering with his patients to help them reach their health goals and improve their overall quality of life.

Outside of the office, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife of over 20 years and their three sons. He’s an active volunteer coach for youth and high school sports, including football, lacrosse, and soccer.

Jennifer has called Maryland home for most of her life. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland in 2003 and her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Simmons University in 2025.

With over 20 years of nursing experience, Jennifer’s background includes women’s health, maternity, pediatrics, and aesthetics—where she combines clinical expertise with a passion for helping patients look and feel their best through personalized, non-invasive care.

Jennifer is dedicated to providing individualized, holistic care and believes in building strong, lasting relationships with her patients to support their long-term health and wellness.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys traveling, outdoor adventures, and spending time with her husband of over 20 years and their two children.

Today we’re celebrating Ashley Bechtel, CRNP, FNP-C!

Ashley earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Shepherd University in 2018 and her Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University in 2024. She began her career in the Emergency Department at Meritus Medical Center and later served as a travel nurse during the pandemic.

Now a Nurse Practitioner, Ashley works full-time in Neurology in Virginia and part-time with Antietam Family Health. Her experience includes acute care, women’s health, family medicine, and neurology outpatient care.

Ashley is passionate about holistic health and ensuring every patient feels heard and cared for. Outside of work, she enjoys exercising, reading, and cheering on her three kids at their sporting events.

Today we’re celebrating Allison Beall, MSN, CRNP, FNP-C!

Born in Hagerstown and raised in Boonsboro, Allison began her nursing career in 2013 and went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Frostburg State University in 2022.

Before joining Antietam Family Health, Allison spent nearly a decade at Meritus Medical Center as a Certified Pediatric Registered Nurse, providing care across pediatrics, women’s health, and surgical units. She has also gained experience in urology and aesthetics as a Nurse Practitioner.

Allison is passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care and building strong, respectful relationships with her patients. She lives in Washington County with her husband and daughter.

Outside the office, Jessica enjoys weight training, running, hiking, and beach trips with her husband—a Navy Veteran—their two daughters, three cats, and silver lab, Willow.
