We are so proud to congratulate Olivia on recently receiving an Alumni Scholarship! At Lasting Change, staying connected doesn’t end when someone completes our program. Our alumni community matters deeply to us, and these scholarships exist to provide continued support as our women continue building their lives in recovery.

Our clients had the opportunity to hand-deliver Valentine’s Day cards they made with love to the residents at Coffman Nursing Home and Rehab Center, and it was truly heartwarming. The smiles, conversations, and genuine connections made the day meaningful for everyone involved.

We’re so grateful for the warm welcome from the staff and excited about the possibility of returning to volunteer and continuing to build this relationship. Moments like these remind us how powerful connection and giving back can be. ❤️

Last week, our clients spent the afternoon at Star Community Equestrian Center, supporting daily barn operations and spending time caring for the horses. The experience was more than volunteer work, it was deeply therapeutic. Many clients shared how calming it was to connect with the horses, practice mindfulness, and step outside of themselves in a meaningful way.

Moments like these remind us that recovery happens not just in group rooms, but through connection, service, and healing experiences. 🐴💙
