Last week, our team and clients had the opportunity to volunteer at Coffman Nursing Home and Rehab Center, spending time with residents in the activity room playing a fun beach ball game using pool noodles. It brought lots of smiles, laughter, and light movement for everyone involved.

Afterward, we helped pass out snacks and beverages and enjoyed spending time talking with the residents. Moments like these remind us how meaningful connection and giving back can be. 💗

Happy International Women’s Day!

At Lasting Change, we see every day what happens when women are supported, empowered, and given the opportunity to rebuild their lives. The women we serve show incredible courage and resilience as they work toward recovery and a brighter future.

Gatekeepers is pleased to announce the appointment of Len Wrona as our new Executive Director.

Len brings extensive experience in reentry work, with a strong commitment to supporting individuals both during incarceration and upon their return to the community. He has spent significant time inside correctional facilities delivering financial literacy programming, equipping participants with practical skills to promote long-term stability and self-sufficiency.

In addition to his work within institutions, Len has been actively engaged in community outreach through his involvement with Hub City Vineyard, where he has built meaningful relationships and helped connect individuals to vital support systems.

Len’s leadership reflects a deep dedication to the mission of Gatekeepers. We look forward to the continued growth and impact of our organization under his leadership.
