Rock Climbers: Your "sending" shoes are not for walking. 🏔️
Aggressive climbing shoes force your toes into a crimped position to grip rock. This is great for the wall, but terrible for the ground.
Walking around the gym in them creates massive pressure on the metatarsals and Achilles.
