Fear of love

Fear is simply faith in evil

Just as easily as you can believe that people will do you wrong, betray you, or hurt you - you can also believe that they won’t

Being a trauma survivor you expect people to be like them.

The negative voices are only there to protect you because you still haven’t forgiven yourself for letting it happen

You can tell yourself it’s okay. You can forgive yourself. You need to protect yourself from yourself because the real enemy is inside

Not everybody has bad intentions. There is a love that deep and kind waiting for you

You just have to take down that wall, replace it with barriers, and let people give you the love you deserve

You are love, you are here to love, and it is safe to be loved
