The affects of your footwear

Did you know that your shoes could be worsening your lower back pain?

The worst shoes for people with lower back pain are flip flops, high heels, and flat shoes. If you've been experiencing low back pain, we recommend wearing running, fitness, or tennis shoes. Our physical therapists will give you recommendations on the right shoe for you or will prescribe custom orthotics to help mitigate your pain!
