Athletes will receive an invite based on a power ranking System. Athletes have the opportunity to accumulate points through key off season events, the CrossFit Open Season and METCON RUSH in person event / Proving Grounds 2025 etc.

We will invite 30 men and 30 women to compete over 3 days for cash payouts and prizes!

For those looking to extend their season past Quarterfinals & In person semifinals METCON RUSH will put you to the test this July!
