Monthly one-on-one performance review with my employee…
He insisted we hold it off-site at the Mexican restaurant in Hahira for “morale purposes.”

So far his strengths include ordering queso without hesitation and maintaining strong consistency in his ability to put multiple tacos away efficiently.

Areas for improvement? Still looking, but so far he seems to be pretty perfect. 😜

Since January 1st of this year we’ve insured approximately 29 lives. We do a lot of things in our day, but if I’m being honest it’s one of my most favorite and cherished job we take care of for our customers. Sure, people get excited when we save them money on their home and auto, but the most impactful thing we do is to provide them with the promise that should something happen to them that their family has time to grieve, and their standard of living can be maintained. I’m super proud of the hard conversations we have with people daily.

Our hearts and prayers are with the family and all who loved him.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the devastating news of the loss of Officer Caleb Abney, who was tragically killed in the line of duty earlier this morning. Officer Abney served our community with honor, courage, and unwavering dedication.

The Georgia State Patrol is conducting the investigation into Officer Abney’s death.

We are deeply grateful for the outpouring of love, support, and prayers from our community and first responder partners. During this incredibly difficult time, we ask that you continue to keep Officer Abney’s family, friends, and law enforcement family in your thoughts and prayers in the days ahead. 💙
