🌿 Gratitude in Motion 🌿
Today, within our Mystical Alchemy of Transformation retreat, we began with sacred morning practice—Yoga, Aerial Yoga, and Sound Healing—anchoring into the heart and sending waves of love and healing to all beings. 💗🧘🏽‍♀️🔔

From that space of inner alignment, we shared a nourishing vegetarian Thanksgiving lunch with a beautiful soul family from Australia, Scotland, Canada, Russia, and the US. 🌍✨

We honored the land and its ancestors, uplifted the wisdom of Indigenous peoples, and celebrated the unity that blossoms when people gather in sacred intention. Our table became a living altar—overflowing with Earth’s abundance, shared blessings, and the deep remembering that we belong to one another.

Immense gratitude to our radiant assistants, and , whose love, presence, and behind-the-scenes magic brought such grace to this day. 🌸✨

May the seeds of gratitude planted today ripple outward—carrying peace, connection, and reverence into the wider world.

Some of you shared that you didn’t know about our 𝟭𝟭:𝟭𝟭 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 ceremony — so we wanted to offer a glimpse into the magic we created together. 💚✨
On 11:11, we gathered online with souls from around the world to open a portal of remembrance and healing through the Egyptian Mysteries. We:

🌕 connected with 𝗔𝘀𝗲𝘁 & 𝗡𝗲𝗯𝗲𝘁-𝗛𝗲𝘁, the sacred sisters of light and shadow
🎶 toned the ancient 𝗟𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, transforming heaviness into compassion
🌀 raised the 𝗗𝗷𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿, awakening strength and alignment through the spine

💚 and awakened the 𝗘𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗱 𝗥𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲, sending waves of harmony through the field

The energy was powerful, tender, and deeply heart-opening. Many felt a sense of renewal… a softening… a return to center — as if a part of the soul came home.

Since the 11:11 Portal of Resurrection, the skies themselves have been alive with color…
Emerald, rose, and gold auroras dancing across the world —
as if Heaven and Earth are breathing together again.

We know it wasn’t just our prayers…
but we did pray.
We breathed the Emerald Ray through our bodies,
inhaling light from the stars,
exhaling peace into the heart of Gaia.

Inhale — receive Heaven.
Exhale — offer Peace to Earth.
Inhale — illumination.
Exhale — stability.
Heaven ↔ Earth.
Light ↔ Love.
Spirit ↔ Form.

Together, we envisioned the Emerald Ray expanding —
a luminous field touching oceans, forests, and cities…
blessing waters, calming winds, soothing hearts.

And then the auroras appeared.
Emerald. Pink. Gold.
The same colors that moved through our ceremony,
now shimmering across the world as a cosmic reflection.

Every vibration of the heart alters the field.
Every breath of love stabilizes the grid of light around the planet.
We are not merely observers of the world’s healing —
we are instruments through which it occurs.

May the light we breathed continue to dance through the skies,
reminding us all that the Earth is listening —

✨ Back Home to Maui! ✨
After an epic 4 weeks in Egypt and a beautiful week in Boston (and down to NY and Connecticut) visiting family, we’re finally back on the island — hearts full, spirits renewed, and so grateful for this incredible journey!

It was wonderful to catch the autumn colors 🍁, spend time with my sister Leslie Salmon Jones , brother in love Jeff W Jones and extended family, and make a little pilgrimage to Salem — especially during this season of Samhain in full effect!

This week marks one of the most sacred thresholds of the year — when cultures across the world pause to honor those who have walked before us and to listen for the wisdom carried through our bloodlines.
✨ In the 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻, also known as the 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀’ 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿, is the cross-quarter gateway between light and dark — the completion of one cycle and the beginning of another.
