DYHO introduces itself to 2026!

We’ve been organizing these dances for over a year and half now….

And it never ceases to amaze us the power of dancing your prayers to life.

This is the medicine humanity needs.

This dance will also be extra special as we honor and send off the co-founder in his contributions to the dance community.

This will be his last dance heading up the music until his sweet family moves out of the valley at the end of the month.

The Sacred Pathways Yoga Retreat is far from an escape…

Breathwork is Back!

Let’s be honest, the holidays are crazy.
It’s like you’re trying to play catch up until they are over then your left exhausted and dis-regulated.

Theater is why there is no better time of the year to ground your nervous system, receive clarity and release what isn’t serving.
