Pilates Spine Session starts in March!

Your spine called… it wants its own class.

This session works intentionally through the Pilates method with spinal health at the center. We start with breath + mobility, build deep core support, and move into progressive Reformer work to strengthen and stabilize from the inside out.

Think:
✔️ Better posture
✔️ More mobility
✔️ Smarter core strength
✔️ Less “tight back” feeling

MOVEMENT SNACK
Teaser is a tough Pilates exercise that we have focused on this month. Breaking down exercises into bite size snacks and building on them with progressions will help you get there. Here are some teaser drills that can stand on their own to help build strength or put them all together to in a flow. 5-10 reps of each is a good place to start. This can be done with out any equipment. Practice at home or teach in your next class.

Gabby brings bold, high-energy vibes into every class — pairing creative sequencing, playful challenges, and a good dose of humor to keep things fun, engaging, and empowering. Her classes are dynamic and thoughtfully layered, designed to help students feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies.

She’s deeply passionate about helping people step into their power through movement — building strength, resilience, and trust in themselves both in and out of the studio.

And while her energy is big, Gabby also knows when to slow things down. As a Reiki practitioner, she’s able to shift the room, hold space, and guide students into moments of deeper connection when the practice calls for it.
