Spiced Apple Protein Muffins
Serves: 9 Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
2 scoops Herbalife Formula 1 Spiced Apple
100 g rolled oats
60 g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
30 g dried apple, chopped
2 flax eggs (2 tbsp flaxseed mixed with 1 tbsp water and set aside to thicken)
200 ml almond milk
1 tbsp agave nectar
½ tsp vanilla essence
Method:
Preheat your oven to 180 C.
Mix the Herbalife Formula 1 Spiced Apple, oats, flour, baking powder and dried apple. Add the flax eggs, almond milk, agave nectar, and vanilla essence and mix until combined.
Line a muffin tray with 9 cupcake cases and divide the mixture between each case. Transfer to the oven and back for 15 minutes, or until golden.
