Celebrating 31 Years of Dedication 🌟
In 1993, at just 18 years old, Tracy Ho**er began her career in laundry at USA Haleyville Health & Rehab — not knowing the incredible journey that was ahead.
In 1994, while attending college and working toward her nursing degree, she became a CNA, where she discovered her heart for the elderly. 💛
By 1995, Tracy became a young LPN, working as a Medicine Cart Nurse. She continued to grow, and in 1999, she became the Social Services Director — the one who made everything run smoothly, from admissions and discharges to grievances, or just being a shoulder for families to cry on. ❤️
In 2010, she moved into Medical Records, and by 2014, she felt called to do even more. She entered the Administrator-in-Training Program, and just one year later, in 2015, became USA Haleyville Healthcare Center’s Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. 👏
For 31 years, Tracy has shown dedication, devotion, sacrifice, and loyalty to both residents and staff. She’s been through countless changes in healthcare and adapted to every one with success and grace.
After her first state survey didn’t go as she hoped, she made it her mission to turn things around — and she did, achieving multiple deficiency-free surveys! 🌟
When COVID hit, Tracy ran full force into the unknown. She studied, learned, and prepared — and while many nursing homes battled outbreaks, Haleyville Healthcare went 9 months without a single resident case of COVID-19. 💪💙
She kept families informed, made them feel safe, and was truly a light in the darkness. ✨
When USA transitioned to Venza Care, Tracy led with calm confidence, reminding everyone that sometimes change can be a good thing — and she embraced it like a pro. 💫
For the past decade, she has shown exactly what a Boss should be — fair, kind, strong, and always willing to lend a hand. 🙌
She’s helped staff in need, started fundraisers for families and school supplies, and supported everyone through life’s challenges.
Even when not everyone agreed with her, one thing’s for sure — Tracy is fair and will never ask anyone to do something she wouldn’t do herself. 💯
She’s washed dishes, cleaned rooms, helped with resident care, passed out trays, and done it all with a smile and a “will-do” attitude. 💪
Late nights, long weekends, showing up when no one else would — that’s who our Administrator is. 💕
Although this chapter of her book is closing, Tracy, we’ll leave you with your own words as you begin the next one:
“God’s got this. You’ve survived 100 of your worst days, and this too shall pass.” 🙏
Tracy, you are loved, appreciated, and celebrated. 💖
We’re sad to see you go, but so excited for your next adventure! 🌈
💐 Happy Last Boss’s Day to the BEST Boss ever! 💐
