ACOG reaffirms the safety and benefits of acetaminophen use during pregnancy.
More than two decades of research have found no causal link between acetaminophen use during pregnancy and autism, ADHD, or intellectual disability in children. Acetaminophen continues to be an important and safe option for managing pain and fever in pregnancy—conditions that can pose serious risks to pregnant patients and their fetuses if left untreated. Hi all! I know it been a while. I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for your unwavering support over the past 6.5 weeks as well as the life of my business. I’m thrilled to share that my post-op follow-up with my surgeon was a success, and I’m healing beautifully ❤️‍🩹. My energy levels have bounced back to about 95% of my pre-surgery capacity, and I’m excited to regain my quality of life without anemia, fatigue, and chronic period pain! 🙌🏾⁣

As a self-employed individual, I made a deliberate decision to prioritize my health and take the necessary time for my operation and recovery. As we enter the final stretch of these last 2.5 months, I’ll be focusing on recouping financially, continuing my recovery, and gradually returning to work.⁣

Here are a few ways you can continue to support me:⁣

𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗮 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱: If you know someone who could benefit from my services, please send them my way!⁣
𝗙𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗺𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺: Stay up-to-date on my latest updates.⁣
𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Treat yourself to a session with me and let’s work together to achieve your goals.⁣
𝗚𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: Purchase a gift card for a loved one or friend who could use some support.⁣

Thank you again for your kindness and support. It means the world to me! 💕 ⁣

About SageFemme

Hello! I’m Lydia-Carlie, my mission with SageFemme is to fill gaps in support throughout the pregnancy, labor, and postpartum journeys with therapeutic massage therapy services and comprehensive birth support services.

I have been supporting births since 2013, by providing emotional, educational, and physical support needed throughout the pregnancy, labor, and postpartum journeys. Witnessing and supporting pregnancy, birth, and the growth of a family – one of the most beautiful human experiences – brings me great joy.

This journey is a marathon that requires a support team! I want to offer guidance, emotional support, and physical support needed during this time so that every birthing experience is safe, positive, and empowering.
