Red light therapy is now available in our Camp Hill office — in a dedicated, calming space designed to support restoration and regulation.

Why red light?

Emerging research suggests potential benefits for:

• Reducing inflammation
• Supporting muscle recovery
• Improving skin health
• Enhancing cellular repair
• Supporting mood and energy regulation

But beyond the research, what we’re most interested in is this:
Creating accessible tools that help your body shift out of stress.

Many of our clients spend much of their day in cognitive load — thinking, analyzing, problem-solving. Red light therapy offers something different. It’s passive. Gentle. Non-invasive. You simply rest and allow your body to receive.

It can be used on its own or integrated into your broader wellness plan.

✨ Say Hi to Laura! Our newest therapist at Mountain View Counseling & Wellness Center.

Laura is a pre-licensed clinician who brings a grounded, compassionate, and deeply client-centered approach to therapy.

Laura believes that you are the expert of your own life. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck in a life transition, she works collaboratively to help you reconnect with your strengths and move forward with clarity and authenticity.

Her integrative approach draws from CBT, Motivational Interviewing, somatic practices, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Gestalt techniques, allowing sessions to be thoughtfully tailored to each client’s unique needs. Laura has experience across a range of settings, including inpatient psychiatry, partial hospitalization, crisis intervention, and outpatient therapy.

Laura will primarily be seeing clients in our Camp Hill office, with availability in Halifax on select days.

We’re excited to welcome Morgan Joseph, LPC, NCC to the Mountain View Counseling & Wellness Center team as part of our continued expansion.

Morgan brings a warm, client-centered approach to therapy and values building strong, supportive relationships where clients feel heard and understood. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and questions around meaning and purpose, and adapts her approach to meet each client’s unique needs.
