Our hearts are so full.
From the beautiful energy in the room to the powerful messages shared, this day was truly something special.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to come spend the day with us — whether you came for guidance, healing, clarity, or simply connection. The conversations, the breakthroughs, and the love exchanged were everything Soul Enlightenment Day is meant to be.

Small movements, serious muscle work, great music, and lots of laughs. (I even survived a threat of some dodgeball!)
