Spiritually Rooted Yoga Reiki practitioner and Yin yoga instructor. My “about” is all about sharing and encouraging. This was my "About" before..... when I was full of energy.

Serving other's by encouraging them to look within, beyond the ego, to their true self; connecting with the divine light of spirit within each of us. Reaching out to anyone who is unsure about what YOGA and REIKI is and why they should give it a try. Check out my website for more details and feel free to reach out anytime. Here is my "About" now; the "new normal". About me, I am a Fibro Warrior who gives my all everyday (and that is wildly different everyday). Yoga and Reiki are my loves that I can still manage to offer to folks without too much of a challenge to my body. My reiki healing space ❤️ Amazing the change in energy when you enter this room. So calming and peaceful. If you haven't given Reiki a try as a holistic therapy, what are you waiting for? Everyone who has tried it comes back for more. They all comment on the feelings of peace they feel. How rested they feel and the better sleep they experience. PM me if you are interested.
