The first Holistic Motherhood Wellness Program in South Florida. We are a group of highly qualified holistic health and birth professionals, working together to serve the area from South Miami to Delray Beach. Our program was created to support and nurture mothers from prenatal to postpartum, in a comprehensive and thorough way.
We speak English, Russian, Spanish, and Portuguese.
At MotheRetreat, we understand that preparing for birth and life with a newborn are both extremely exciting yet stressful parts of the journey into motherhood. We want to help you leave that stress and fear behind, and allow you to focus on taking care of yourself, and bonding with your baby. We are here to address any concerns you may have, and help you prepare for this special time by introducing you to all of the different options you have during pregnancy and birth, support you during labor, and help you comfortably and smoothly transition into the postpartum period.
