Join us in the LMC FITNESS CENTER on Friday, 11/28, to work of those Thanksgiving calories AND de-stress before the Christmas holiday season rush!!

There will be a TASTE OF FITNESS class held in the gym from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. that day!! This one-hour class will be a combo of Step, Cardio, Barre, & Yoga!! A great way to test out the various classes that the LMC Fitness Center offers!

Nothing brings a clinic together quite like a little holiday fun… and a whole lot of plants! Today our staff traded not just greenery, but gratitude. 🌱🤍

Just like the work we do in PT, these plants remind us that growth takes time, care, and the right support. And honestly? Watching everyone “steal,” swap, and laugh their way through this exchange was the boost we all needed before the holiday rush. 😄🍁

Let’s get Thanksgiving ready!

🪑 Sit-to-stands all day long at the Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings! This means repeated transitions from couch → table → outside → couch again. Throw in the little kids running around that sometimes bump into us to make sure we still have good balance 🫢

At PT, we build functional strength and balance so those movements don’t aggravate pain and throw us off.
