Hello friends! It's been a while. I am still alive and kicking.
Last fall I decided to stop doing emotion session for people and animals. I truly felt called to do this type of work and then after dad died, it just became about the program. I tried my best to work though it, but it just didn't feel like the right thing to do anymore. The program had a lot of New Age beliefs and I did walk away from it. So now what????

I am still doing Core Syncronization out of my office in Killdeer. I am hoping to have office hours again once school starts, right now I come in on an as need basis, so if you need a session give me a call and we can schedule something.

🐴If you know me, you know my passion is horses and animals. I am currently working on my certification of the The Masterson Method, Integrated Equine Performance Bodywork. It really is an amazing program and I have learned so much. Next month I will be starting my second block of training and will need case study horses! I will also start taking on clients so if you have a horse that you think would benefit from body work, let me know. I am happy to answer any questions you might have.

Apparently it is National Day of the Horse. If you know me, you know I am a horse lover, especially mares. I have been told that a horse mirrors your soul. These two mares couldn't be more different. The one on the left is young, determined and a challenge. She is the gritty, fiesty, stubborn part of me. The one on the right is my old lady. I have owned her for 20 years and she has always been willing and honest as the day is long. Her only hole is being a little barn sour, I guess we both enjoy it when the work is done! LOL. I would love to see pictures of your heart horses. Tell me a story about them or how horses have been a part of your life. I remember as a kid my parents didn't want to buy me a horse. Thought it was a phase I would outgrow. Guess they are just a part of me 🥰

Good morning from sunny Las Vegas!! I have been down here for a few days going through the 5 day Masterson Method Advanced Bodywork class. You guys know I have been struggling with purpose lately. Feeling so much pruning in my life. I can honestly tell you I woke up so happy this morning. I am hearing God speak to me again. I am feeling content and at peace. I have cried every day as I am sitting here in tears feeling so very blessed!! I was supposed to go to this class last summer but it was canceled. I was worried about going this time of year, but God's plan is perfect. I was not ready for this journey this past summer. I feel like the pruning that was so hard was so necessary.

If you are going though a pruning process right now, hang on my friend. There really is a beauty on the other side. I feel as though I am ready to begin to flourish 🥰

Just a friendly reminder about the Cyber Weeks Savings event 🎉🎉

I have the older vet unit - love it for the horses and I use the blanket (off label use) for calves during calving season 🐮. The new equine unit is better designed for horses, and has more coils. It also comes with two leg boots!

I don't have the new EVO unit, but we love our human unit as well. With all the twisted ankles and sports injuries, it has helped a lot! Daily use for overall health is the best.

Hey friends, just wanted to wish you a wonderful Thanksgiving this week. I hope that you travel safely if you are visiting friends and family. I know these gatherings can be stressful, hang in there. We seem to hold ourselves to such a high standard, and it's ok if things aren't perfect. Take a deep breath and know that you are loved. May God bless you and bring you joy and peace!
