It's almost time to turn back our clocks! ⏰

Daylight Savings Time ends this Sunday, November 2. For most of us it means an extra hour of sleep but for a senior in your life, there could be other challenges to navigate.

In our blog we talk about what to be on the lookout for, from sleep disruptions to fall risks, and ways to help ease the transition.

One tip from our blog - do your best to maintain routine, good eating and sleeping habits are important to adjusting to the time change.
